Empower the Individual. Strengthen the Family. Transform the Community.   PNDF is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to uplifting and empowering individuals and families in Multnomah County, Oregon. Through strategic partnerships with like-minded organizations, we provide essential social services, education, workforce development, financial literacy, and holistic well-being initiatives that foster long-term self-sufficiency and lasting change.

While many community development organizations focus on infrastructure and capital projects, we believe that the greatest asset in any community is its people. By investing in education, economic opportunity, social services, and wellness programs, we create pathways to success that equip individuals and families with the resources and support they need to thrive.

Through collaboration with community leaders, businesses, and nonprofit organizations, New Paradise Center delivers transformative programs that promote academic achievement, poverty reduction, financial empowerment, career readiness, and health and wellness. We work tirelessly to address systemic barriers while ensuring that families and individuals—regardless of their background or circumstances—are equipped to build a stronger, more resilient future.
