Paradise Neighborhood Development Fund

Paradise Neighborhood Development Fund was established as an extension of our commitment to faith, service, and community empowerment. Under the leadership of Bishop Dwyane Fleming and First Lady Tamara M. Fleming, we launched New Paradise Worship Center in 2005 to serve the East County area of Gresham, Oregon. From the very beginning, our mission has been centered on uplifting individuals and families, providing critical support to those facing addiction, domestic violence, and other life challenges.

Our outreach has included partnerships with CODA House, helping individuals on their journey to recovery from drug and alcohol addiction. We have worked with the Bradley Angle House, supporting women impacted by domestic violence, and partnered with New Direction Treatment Center, assisting mothers battling addiction in their efforts to reunite with their children.

Today, we continue to expand our impact, working with the State of Oregon to serve developmentally disabled children, ensuring they receive the care, resources, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through faith-driven service, strategic partnerships, and unwavering dedication, Paradise Community Development Fund remains committed to strengthening families, restoring hope, and transforming lives.
