Executive Director | Tamara Fleming
Our organization is led by Tamara Fleming. With over 20 years of expertise in family-crisis management, the Oregon Department of Human Services (ODHS), domestic violence support/advocacy, and youth advocacy, Tamara has transformed the New Paradise Center into a beacon of hope and a pillar of support for those in need.
Director of Operations | Kennedy Fleming
Our Director of Operations is a dynamic and results-oriented professional with over 10 years of experience in developing and deploying successful onboarding programs for New Paradise Center. With a proven track record in project management, leading cross-functional teams, and driving customer success, suited for managing the daily operations.
